NEWS - EVENTS Summer 2009 Carrier Parkway UNDER CONSTRUCTION Major repair and reconstruction of Carrier Parkway between Interstate I 20 and Polo Rd will continue throughout the summer. Also, along Carrier, the iron fencing areas will be repainted and wood panel fencing replaced with a more durable wood like concrete panel. Saturday April 17th, 2009 Westchester Annual Garage Sale This huge subdivision wide event is always a success. Get out and meet the neighbors!
